• RETURNS POLICY

      If all or part of your order is not satisfactory, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods in order to exercise your legal right to withdraw and return the product.
      After the stated withdrawal/returns period, returned products will not be accepted.
      All products must always be returned to Nabla Cosmetics in the condition in which they were originally sold so as they may once again be put on sale (products in perfect condition accompanied by their original box, accessories, instructions etc.).

      Returning products to Nabla Cosmetics
      To return the products by post, do the following steps:

      STEP 1 – Notify your intention to return/cancel your order
      The above notification for the return/cancellation of the product in question must be made within 14 working days from the date of delivery and must be sent via the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website, specifying the details of the order.

      STEP 2 – Complete the Return form
      Once notified of your intention to return a product, the customer services team will send you the ‘Returns Form’ via email. After you have printed and completed the form, you will need to insert it inside the package with the items which you wish to return. (If you do not have access to a printer, you can write on a piece of paper the details required by the form).

      STEP 3 – Return of the Items
      Items must be returned in protective and adequate packaging. All items without defects must be returned in their original packing ‘as new’ with no damage to the product or the product packaging. Defective items should be returned in their original packaging, with as little damage done to the mas possible. Be sure to have properly sealed the package and to have inserted the ‘Return form’ (see STEP 1 & 2 above). Send to the address indicated in the ‘Returns Form’
      Please be aware that we do not accept parcels sent at the expense of the recipient. Remember to indicate on the ‘Returns form’ all of the necessary data required for a refund, including your email address and your phone number.
      If the purchaser/recipient of the order does not show that they have actually delivered the product to a courier, all risks associated with the return of the product(s) are borne by the purchaser/recipient of the order.

      You can then in the legal return period:
      • get a discount code equivalent to the amount paid for the return products, for use only on the website of Nabla Cosmetics and valid for one year from the date of issue.
      OR
       get a refund equivalent to the amount paid for the returned products. In the event that your order has been paid for using an eGift card, the reimbursement will be paid by the means of a discount code.
